One of the Caribbean’s most anticipated projects, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay is set to debut in early 2026 as Hyatt’s first Andaz in the region. Rising across 5.5 acres of the celebrated Grace Bay shoreline, the resort will combine a boutique hotel with a collection of branded residences, introducing a hybrid model that’s quickly defining the future of luxury resorts.

The property will include 59 hotel rooms alongside 73 private residences, extending Andaz’s design-driven lifestyle to both short-stay guests and full-time or seasonal owners. Architecture by RAD Architecture and interiors by Modus Operandi, led by Francisco Jove, lean into natural textures, airy layouts, and a palette inspired by the surrounding reef and shoreline.

Amenities are curated for both wellness and play: a garden yoga studio, tennis and pickleball courts, kids club, and water sports programming join restorative spaces designed for downtime. Culinary life anchors the social side, with three restaurants, multiple bars, and an elevated rooftop venue framing uninterrupted views of Grace Bay.

The resort also introduces the Reef Collection—six ultra-limited oceanfront residences perched directly above the Bight Reef. Each home features wraparound terraces and sweeping views, while sales support reef conservation through a partnership with the Turks & Caicos Reef Fund, which receives one percent of proceeds from each Reef Collection residence.

With its blend of boutique hospitality, branded ownership, contemporary design, and a direct commitment to the island’s environment, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay is positioned as a new benchmark for Caribbean resort living.
