Maison d’Or has officially launched sales on South Flagler Drive, introducing one of the most exclusive new residential offerings to emerge along West Palm Beach’s Intracoastal corridor.

Developed by Kolter Urban in partnership with Perko Development, the 19-story boutique condominium at 3705 South Flagler will feature just 39 expansive residences, each positioned to capture sweeping sunrise views over the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean, along with sunset vistas across the city and Palm Beach Island.

The project sits within a quiet residential stretch of South Flagler, offering both privacy and immediate access to Worth Avenue, Antique Row, Royal Poinciana Plaza, CityPlace, and the rapidly evolving Nora District. A dedicated sales gallery opens this month at 3014 S Dixie Highway.

Architecture is led by 10 Design, with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates and landscape design by EDSA. Maison d’Or offers eight floor plans ranging from nearly 3,000 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet, including an estate collection on levels 15 through 17 and a full-floor penthouse occupying the 19th level. Every residence features expansive east- and west-facing terraces, emphasizing light, flow, and privacy throughout.

True to its name—French for “House of Gold”—Maison d’Or draws from Mediterranean and Regency influences, blending a refined neutral palette with layered textures and subtle coastal references. Accents of gold, green, pink, and blue animate the common spaces, while statement furnishings and tropical motifs add a distinctly Palm Beach character without feeling overstyled or theatrical.

Amenities are designed to function as an extension of the home rather than a typical condo checklist. Residents will have access to a club-level lounge with cocktail bar, private dining room, screening theater, wine storage and tasting room, and a virtual sports simulator suite. An elevated east-facing pool deck overlooks the Intracoastal, complemented by spa-style cabanas, while the wellness offering includes a full fitness center, steam rooms, sauna, treatment rooms, and a private salon suite. Additional features include two furnished guest suites and a dedicated dog spa.

Pricing begins at $5.7 million, with sales exclusively handled by Maison d’Or Realty Sales, LLC under Director of Sales Dan Riordan.
