JEM Private Residences is expanding its lifestyle offering with new partnerships that bring Miami’s art scene and waterfront culture directly into everyday life.

Naftali Group has introduced exclusive collaborations with the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and Residence Yacht Club, adding a cultural and experiential layer to one of the most high-profile residential towers rising within Miami Worldcenter. The partnerships are designed to extend beyond traditional amenities, giving residents direct access to curated programming, private events, and on-demand experiences that reflect the city’s creative and coastal identity.

Through its PAMM partnership, residents receive a residential membership that includes unlimited admission, guest access, and invitations to major events tied to Miami Art Week and beyond. The program also unlocks previews, private cultural programming, and discounts across the museum’s dining, retail, and event spaces—placing residents within one of the city’s most influential contemporary art institutions.

On the waterfront side, the Residence Yacht Club partnership introduces a fully serviced yachting component without the burden of ownership. Eligible residents gain access to private charters, sport fishing outings, and curated excursions aboard vessels ranging from 55 to 68 feet, complete with captain, crew, and concierge coordination. The experience is designed to be seamless, with transportation, onboard amenities, and programming all handled through a hospitality-driven model.

The additions build on JEM’s positioning as a vertically integrated lifestyle destination. Rising more than 700 feet, the tower is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group and Sky Villas by FENDI Casa, with residences beginning on the 43rd floor to maximize views across Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. A full-floor amenity level on the 50th floor includes a sky lounge, resort-style pool, fitness and boxing facilities, yoga spaces, and a full-service spa.

As Miami Worldcenter continues to take shape as one of the largest urban developments in the country, JEM Private Residences is emerging as a central piece of its residential offering.
