PGA legend Jim Furyk just recently made history on Florida’s Treasure Coast with the debut of his first-ever signature golf course at Glynlea Country Club — a major moment for both golf fans and future homeowners.
The new course officially opened the weekend of November 7–8 with a charity Pro-Am hosted by Furyk, drawing golf greats, community leaders, and a packed crowd eager to see his inaugural design come to life.

Set inside Wylder, Port St. Lucie’s fast-growing master-planned community by GreenPointe Holdings, Glynlea spans more than 560 acres and introduces a national first: the Toptracer Aquatic Driving Range, a tech-forward, waterfront range experience that blends shot-tracking data with Florida scenery.

Furyk’s course was built to be both challenging and welcoming, delivering a layout that keeps seasoned players engaged while giving beginners and families a course they can genuinely enjoy.

Glynlea’s gated residential community will include single-family and twin homes priced from the $400s to over $1 million, with furnished Lennar and Perry Homes models now open.
On the country club campus, residents will have access to resort-style amenities — a wellness and fitness center, spa and sauna, lap and lagoon pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a golf shop, and Fairways Tavern for indoor and al fresco dining overlooking the course.

With rising demand for new homes on the Treasure Coast, Glynlea is shaping up to be one of the region’s most compelling new destinations — pairing a Furyk-designed championship course with resort-style living, wide-open nature, and quick access to top schools, healthcare, and entertainment.
