Juvia Group to open a new European-inspired rooftop restaurant at The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami

Juvia Group is set to debut a new European-inspired rooftop restaurant and bar, Solana, at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami.

This unique dining concept is a collaboration between Rosso Development, Standard International, Midtown Development, and Juvia Group, aiming to offer an exceptional culinary experience to the residents and buyers in the Midtown area. Construction is well underway, with the building nearing its top-off stage.

Solana will span approximately 6,000 square feet atop The Standard Residences, featuring a dedicated street-level entrance and a relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere adjacent to a 60-foot resort-style sunset pool. Guests can enjoy a diverse menu inspired by Riviera Cuisine and signature cocktails like 'Bonito Bubbling.'

The design of the space is envisioned by AD100 architect Manuel Clavel Rojo, embodying the signature vibe of The Standard, which is renowned globally from Hollywood to New York, London, Bangkok, and beyond.

Carlos Rosso, founder and CEO of Rosso Development, expressed his excitement about the addition of the Juvia team to The Standard Residences. "Their concept for the rooftop embodies European dining excellence and is set to redefine the culinary landscape in Midtown,” Rosso said. Jonas Millán, co-founder of Juvia Group, added, “We are excited to bring one of our newest and most vibrant European concepts to this vibrant location."

The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami is 95% pre-sold and is expected to be completed in 2025.
