Monarch Athletic Club is bringing its physician-led wellness concept to Miami Beach, marking its first East Coast location inside Robert Rivani’s flagship Class X office development, The RIVANI Miami Beach. The 8,000-square-foot facility at 1691 Michigan Avenue will introduce Monarch’s signature model that integrates medicine, fitness, and recovery under one roof, providing members with access to a coordinated team of physicians, trainers, and specialists focused on performance, prevention, and longevity.

Founded by Dr. Ryan Greene, DO, MS, and Paul Freschi, Monarch has earned a strong following in Los Angeles for its proactive, data-driven approach to health. “Miami brings a unique energy and unmatched appetite for community, wellness, and longevity,” said Dr. Greene. “It’s the perfect place to expand our ecosystem and help people thrive through a model of care that keeps them strong and well.”

Members at Monarch receive comprehensive medical evaluations, unlimited personal training, physical therapy, IV therapy, hormone and peptide optimization, and advanced recovery treatments such as infrared saunas and ice baths—all within one membership experience. The club’s integrated design reflects a shift toward preventative, high-performance wellness rather than reactive treatment.
For Rivani, the partnership reflects his vision for redefining the modern workplace. “Monarch Athletic Club is a game changer for Miami’s wellness scene,” he said. “Their innovation and elite services represent the caliber of tenants we’re curating at The RIVANI, aligning perfectly with our focus on lifestyle and wellbeing.”

Designed by Rockwell Group, The RIVANI Miami Beach blends luxury design, hospitality-level service, and cutting-edge technology to create a new global standard for office environments. Monarch Athletic Club is expected to open in 2026, continuing Rivani’s mission to transform Miami’s business landscape into one centered around health, experience, and performance.
