MG Developer taps Netflix-star designer Raymond Jimenez for 10th anniversary milestone project

MG Developer is marking its 10th anniversary with one of Coral Gables’ most ambitious projects yet. Rising at 33 Alhambra Circle, Alhambra Parc is a mixed-use landmark designed by Bellin & Pratt Architects with 78 luxury residences, 13,000 square feet of office space, and nearly 18,000 square feet of retail. Homes range from one to three bedrooms, spanning 860 to 2,800 square feet, with pricing starting at $1 million.
To bring the project’s interiors and shared spaces to life, MG Developer has tapped acclaimed designer Raymond Jimenez—founder of Raymond Nicolas and star of Netflix’s Designing Miami—alongside Carlos Guevara.
Jimenez is curating lounges, wellness areas, rooftop retreats, the fitness center, and the business lounge with a design language inspired by Coral Gables’ Mediterranean heritage and the storied Alhambra Palace in Spain. Expect arched forms, soft curves, and sculptural finishes that balance old-world elegance with modern refinement.
His material palette sets the tone: travertine floors laid in classic and laced patterns, medium-toned oak wrapping curved walls, and custom lighting with a contemporary edge. Matte metals and aged copper add warmth and texture throughout, ensuring every surface feels intentional and sophisticated.
