Just 25 residences make up the entire building at Mira, a boutique condominium planned for the southern end of Music Row, where 16th and 17th Avenues South give way to Historic Edgehill Village. It arrives in a Nashville development cycle that otherwise runs to big glass towers.
Music Row is building out around it. Albion Music Row is now fully open, with move-ins having started in spring 2026, adding luxury interiors, restaurants, and retail to the strip. Even so, this stretch remains one of the few in Nashville where new construction still tops out at neighborhood height, even as high-rise living spreads citywide from The Gulch to Nashville Yards.
Mira splits its 25 homes across four distinct residence collections. The architecture is sculptural, shaped to pull in light and frame private outlooks instead of maximizing a floor plate.
