Live Nation has unveiled the first wave of performances for The Truth, a 4,400-capacity venue opening this fall in AJ Capital Partners’ Wedgewood Village development in Wedgewood-Houston. The initial season spans global headliners, breakout acts, and hometown names, with artists including Sting, Beck, Limp Bizkit, Hardy, GloRilla, and Jimmy Eat World set to anchor the early calendar, alongside a steady run of shows from October through December.

Designed as a highly flexible live-performance space, The Truth will introduce a more intimate, high-production venue tier to Nashville’s concert ecosystem, bridging the gap between smaller clubs and large arenas. The concept leans heavily into music culture, with features like the Set List Studio—offering custom letterpress posters for each show—and immersive spaces including a mezzanine whiskey bar and a two-story indoor-outdoor lounge.

Beyond entertainment, the venue is expected to play a meaningful role in the local economy, supporting more than 400 permanent jobs starting at $20 per hour and generating an estimated $74 million in annual economic activity. Additional headliners and shows are still to be announced, positioning The Truth’s debut season as an evolving, city-wide moment tied closely to Nashville’s identity as a global music capital.

Wedgewood-Houston is rapidly emerging as one of Nashville’s most dynamic urban districts, anchored by AJ Capital Partners’ ambitious Wedgewood Village—a multi-phase, 18-acre mixed-use development transforming a former industrial pocket into a dense, walkable hub for culture, hospitality, and daily life. The project is delivering more than 1.6 million square feet of new and restored space, blending residential, office, retail, restaurants, and entertainment into a cohesive neighborhood anchored by destinations like Soho House, Pastis, and Live Nation’s The Truth.

Designed to build on the area’s creative roots, the development layers historic adaptive reuse—like the May Hosiery Mills campus—with new construction that introduces hundreds of apartments, over 30 storefronts, and significant restaurant and office space, all within a tightly connected footprint that emphasizes walkability and street-level energy.

As new residential buildings, retail concepts, and public gathering spaces continue to come online, Wedgewood-Houston is evolving into a true live-work-play district just minutes from downtown—positioning itself as one of the most influential neighborhood transformations currently shaping Nashville’s growth.
