New Dimensions Wellness Club is expanding. This October, the pioneering health and longevity brand will officially open its second location—a 4,500-square-foot space in Winter Park, Florida. Located at 800 Formosa Avenue, the new club bridges the energy of College Park and the charm of downtown Winter Park, bringing ND Wellness’s signature experience to a broader community just as demand reaches capacity at its original Orlando flagship.
Designed as a state-of-the-art wellness hub, the Winter Park location will feature an integrated suite of advanced recovery and performance technologies. Members can expect access to infrared saunas, red light therapy, cold plunge tanks, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, compression therapy, and a fully equipped functional fitness gym—all thoughtfully curated to support a high-performance, longevity-focused lifestyle.
