Located at the Aria Reserve condominium development, the Flatiron Room's Miami outpost will span 6,000 square feet across two floors offering waterfront views, outdoor seating, and expansive 18-foot glass windows.

Aria Reserve itself is a testament to modern luxury. This 383-unit condominium project, designed by Arquitectonica, is nearing completion and is expected to open in 2025. With 95% of units in the South Tower and 85% in the North Tower already sold.
