Nobu Hospitality is bringing its globally celebrated brand to Nashville with a new Nobu Hotel and Restaurant set along the Cumberland River in the city’s East Bank. Anchored within the visionary Oracle campus development, the project marks a defining moment for the River North District—a rapidly emerging enclave of luxury residences, creative offices, and waterfront dining that’s reshaping the Nashville skyline.
Created in collaboration with world-renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners, the Nobu Hotel Nashville will feature 120 impeccably designed rooms and suites that blend sleek modern design with Nobu’s signature Japanese minimalism. At its heart, a Nobu restaurant will serve Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s iconic dishes in a refined yet vibrant setting, joined by a lobby café, private event spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a tranquil spa sanctuary.
At the crown of the property, a dramatic rooftop infinity pool will command sweeping views of the city and surrounding countryside—a sophisticated social hub complete with curated cocktails and elevated poolside dining.
