North Development has officially broken ground on Domus Brickell Center, the newest addition to its expanding Domus FLATS portfolio in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Rising 35 stories, the development will introduce 579 fully furnished residences that merge modern living with hotel-level hospitality and the flexibility of short-term rentals. It follows the success of sister project Domus Brickell Park, further cementing the brand’s vision for lifestyle-driven residential living.

The Domus FLATS model is designed as a modern alternative to traditional condo-hotels, prioritizing consistency, technology, and service. All residences are operated under North Management, the company’s in-house platform that maintains brand integrity while providing residents with seamless hotel-style services. Through the Domus App, residents can access digital keys, mobile check-in, housekeeping, and on-demand services, as well as global booking platforms such as Marriott Bonvoy and Hyatt.

Residences, designed by Studio MC + G Architecture with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, come fully finished and furnished. Each includes hard flooring, private balconies, premium kitchens, stone countertops, modern fixtures, in-unit washers and dryers, and UV-filtered CLEAR Water Filtration. Buyers can choose from studios to two-bedrooms ranging from 400 to over 1,000 square feet, with pricing starting in the low $500,000s.
Amenities at Domus Brickell Center reflect a resort-like lifestyle. Highlights include a rooftop pool and sky deck with cabanas, a rooftop bar, yoga deck, and hot tub; an indoor-outdoor gym; treatment rooms and a steam room; co-working and conference spaces; a 24-hour lobby ambassador; pet-friendly features; and an on-site restaurant and lounge.

Sales, exclusively managed by Cervera, have already secured contracts on more than 30 percent of the residences. Completion is expected by late 2027 at 1034 SW 2nd Ave in Brickell.
