1000 NORTH Sarasota will open on the ground floor of the BLVD Sarasota at 540 N. Tamiami Trail, marking the first expansion of the club beyond its original location in Jupiter. Founded by developer Ira Fenton alongside a high-profile ownership group that includes Bjarne Borg, Morton Bouchard, Vincent Cerone, Ernie Els, Tucker Frederickson, Russell and Lauren Fuchs, Michael Jordan, Raj Mantena, Stephen Mendell, Richard Rifkin, Marvin Shanken, Rick Stoddard, Bill Terlato, and Charles and Kathryn Theofilos.

That foundation is further strengthened by an all-star partner group featuring Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler, Ahmad Rashad, Luke Donald, Keegan Bradley, Justin Thomas, Robert Richie, Camilo Villegas, Bryant Gumbel, Serena Williams, and Brooks Koepka—bringing together icons of golf, basketball, media, and luxury business under one private-club vision.

The Sarasota location is being developed in partnership with local developer Kevin Daves and will be led by hospitality veterans Tim Fanning, serving as general manager, and Alex Elshimy, overseeing new member development. The duo brings decades of experience in upscale dining and is focused on creating a club defined by highly personalized service and memorable, member-driven experiences.

Members will have access to a private limousine service, private jet options, yacht access for cruising Sarasota Bay, and a range of additional exclusive services.

Spanning approximately 13,000 square feet, 1000 NORTH Sarasota is designed to feel both intimate and energetic—combining the discretion of a private club with the rhythm of a modern supper club. The menu will spotlight steaks, seafood, and seasonal offerings, complemented by an elevated wine program featuring private lockers and personalized sommelier service, along with a bar highlighting premium spirits and curated bourbon flights.

The interior is expected to echo the feel of the Jupiter flagship, with floor-to-ceiling windows along North Tamiami Trail, a central bar, mezzanine seating, and a grand piano anchoring the main room. A 2,000-square-foot kitchen will serve as both a culinary engine and a behind-the-scenes experience for members.
