Miami has officially landed another major technology powerhouse as Palantir Technologies relocates its global headquarters to South Florida, a fast-growing hub for artificial intelligence, defense, and advanced technology companies. The firm, previously based in Denver, confirmed the move in a public announcement and now lists its executive office at 19505 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, positioning itself within the broader Miami metropolitan ecosystem.

The relocation follows a year of strong financial performance for Palantir, which generated $4.48 billion in revenue in 2025, up sharply from $2.87 billion the year prior, alongside $1.63 billion in net income. While the company has not yet detailed staffing plans, the move signals a deeper long-term commitment to South Florida as a strategic base for growth.
The shift also aligns with expanding activity in the region from co-founder Peter Thiel, whose investment and venture firms have been increasing their presence across Miami, including new activity in Wynwood and residential investment on the Venetian Islands. Palantir’s arrival adds to a broader wave of technology leaders, billionaires, and high-growth firms choosing South Florida, reinforcing the region’s rising influence across finance, defense, and next-generation innovation.
