Hyatt Hotels Corporation and RLH Properties have officially opened Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol, introducing the Park Hyatt brand to Mexico for the first time. Set along a pristine stretch of coastline within the private Cabo del Sol community, the new resort brings the brand’s signature understated style to one of Los Cabos’ most sought-after destinations.

The property was envisioned by Sordo Madaleno and Paulina Morán, working alongside George Wong Design, with concept design by Yabu Pushelburg. Rooms face the Sea of Cortéz, ensuring uninterrupted views throughout the guest journey, while natural textures, soft light, and open terraces create a sense of quiet balance between indoors and out.
Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol houses 251 accommodations, including 163 rooms and 88 suites, each offering private terraces or patios, deep soaking tubs, and select plunge pools. Beyond these, the resort features three ocean-view villas designed for families and multi-generational stays. Each suite and villa includes a full kitchen, generous living areas, and a dedicated resort ambassador to tailor every stay.
For those drawn to the setting long-term, a collection of eleven private villas and eight apartments are available for purchase in four- to six-bedroom layouts. Each residence reflects biophilic design principles through hand-finished stone, native woods, and custom furnishings that celebrate Mexican craftsmanship, creating a natural extension of the resort’s design ethos.

Dining is led by Executive Chef Miguel Gomez, whose culinary vision shapes each restaurant's menu as a story told through of flavor, heritage, and setting. Mesa Madre serves soulful Mexican fare inspired by abuela’s kitchen, with comforting dishes that evolve throughout the day. Costamar Beach Club delivers a coastal California–inspired experience, pairing seasonal seafood, small plates, and signature cocktails with sweeping ocean views. Dátil Coffee Shop offers artisanal coffee from Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Veracruz alongside house-made pastries, chocolates, and a curated tea selection.
Opening in spring 2026, Silán will bring Levantine cuisine to Los Cabos, blending North African and Middle Eastern influences with Baja ingredients for an intimate evening setting featuring a private wine cellar and cocktail program.

Wellness takes center stage through a 59,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center—one of the largest in the region—featuring a yoga studio, beachside lap pool, and expansive training facilities. Early next year, the resort will debut Araya Spa, a holistic retreat shaped by Baja’s natural pace, offering personalized rituals and restorative treatments.
Guests also gain access to the Tom Weiskopf–designed Cabo del Sol Golf and the nearby Ánima Village, a new open-air destination for art, dining, and luxury retail.
