Park Hyatt is officially going all-inclusive. The brand's first all-inclusive resort in more than four decades of operation is set to open in early 2027 on a private stretch of Mexico's Caribbean coast between Cancun and Puerto Morelos, with 148 rooms and suites and seven a la carte restaurants and bars.
Bruma, the signature restaurant, will be a steakhouse pairing cuts of meat with local seafood. IK'AL, the beach grill, will serve fresh seafood and Yucatecan flavors on the sand. The other venues cover the rest of the day: Nutre Kitchen for breakfast and international dinners, Brisa by the pool, Patisserie Market and Café for pastries and coffee from Mexican beans, The Living Room for bar bites from morning to midnight, and The Botanist for cocktails. All seven, along with a sommelier-run wine list, will be folded into the nightly rate rather than sold as upgrades.
Rooms run from about 559 to 2,303 square feet, with private-pool accommodations in the upper tiers and a top-category penthouse of roughly 2,300 square feet.
Additional resort amenities include a beachfront pool with private cabanas and the Velara Spa and Wellness, an open-air spa garden and a full fitness center. Guests will also have preferred access to El Tinto Golf Course.
Park Hyatt Riviera Maya sits inside AMAI, a private coastal enclave about 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport, next door to Waldorf Astoria Cancun. Waldorf Astoria arrived on this stretch first, and now the luxury flags are extending the same address book into all-inclusive. Hyatt's own Inclusive Collection has debuted in Aruba, and Hilton's Zemi Miches, a Curio Collection all-inclusive, has announced its summer debut, so Park Hyatt Riviera Maya joins a row of top-tier names making the same bet.
Parks Hospitality Holdings owns the property, the same owner behind Grand Hyatt Los Cabos on the Pacific side. Park Hyatt itself already made its Mexico debut at Cabo del Sol. Riviera Maya gives the brand its first address on the country's Caribbean coast.
With check-ins expected to begin January 8, 2027, Park Hyatt Riviera Maya enters the pipeline as a marker of where Caribbean luxury is heading.
