“For decades, Delano has been one of the most influential brands in shaping Miami’s identity,” said Ryan Shear, Managing Partner at PMG. “As someone born and raised here, I’ve seen firsthand the cultural impact it created — from its iconic MiMo roots to Philippe Starck’s whimsical design and the high-profile nightlife that helped define Miami on a global stage. Bringing Delano to Biscayne Boulevard is a natural next step for Downtown Miami, strengthening the connection between Miami Beach and the city’s evolving urban core. With PMG’s long-standing commitment to thoughtful development, and in collaboration with Ennismore, we’re proud to carry Delano’s legacy forward through a bold new landmark that will help shape Miami’s next chapter.”

Designed as a vertical lifestyle destination, the tower will feature immersive, high-elevation experiences, including South Florida’s first public observation floor with a cantilevered glass deck soaring roughly 850 feet above the city, along with the return of the iconic Delano Rose Bar reimagined high above the skyline.

The amenity collection will also include Café Delano, an elevated sky restaurant, a wraparound resort-style pool deck, an 800-foot sky pool, a full wellness program through The Source by Delano, and a private members’ club centered on cultural and social programming.

“This property is conceived as a vertical resort, layered laterally, where each ascent introduces a new environment,” said Will Meyer, Co-Founder, Meyer Davis.

The tower is envisioned by renowned conceptual artist Carlos Ott in collaboration with CUBE 3, with interiors by Meyer Davis, blending refined contemporary architecture with Delano’s signature design identity. Residences will feature Italian-crafted Italkraft kitchens, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, Waterworks fixtures, custom-built closets, integrated smart home technology, and select homes with private glass-encased office suites.

The unveiling also arrives as the legendary Delano Miami Beach prepares for its long-awaited return. Set to reopen March 9, 2026 and now live for bookings, the iconic South Beach property is being reintroduced as a fully reimagined next chapter while preserving the spirit that defined an era of Miami style and culture.

The restored oceanfront landmark will feature 171 guestrooms, bungalows, and penthouses, alongside four new culinary concepts, a redesigned wellness destination, and an exclusive members club. Signature design elements, including the hotel’s famed pool and its iconic Rose Bar, return as part of a refreshed vision that blends Delano’s Art Deco heritage with contemporary luxury, reconnecting the brand to the city where its global influence first began.
