Palm Tree Crew, co-founded by world-renowned music producers Kygo and Myles Shear, has officially unveiled the world's first-ever Palm Tree-branded residences in Downtown Miami.

PMG and Lion Development Group, together with Eden Residential and Sterling Equities, have officially announced Palm Tree Residences Miami — the first-ever branded residence from Palm Tree Crew, the global entertainment and hospitality company co-founded by world-renowned music producer Kygo and Myles Shear.
Palm Tree Residences Miami is planned to deliver 483 fully furnished and finished residences — junior suites, junior suites with dens, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floorplans — supported by a three-level, hospitality-driven amenity collection. Designed by internationally renowned Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, every home will feature custom Italian kitchen cabinetry by Italkraft, a fully integrated Miele appliance package, custom bathroom cabinetry and countertops, spa-inspired fixtures, fully built-out closets, contemporary lighting, and advanced smart home technology. Select residences with dens will be equipped with custom Murphy beds. PMG Residential is exclusively representing sales, with the sales launch officially commencing the first week of June, ahead of the FIFA World Cup in Miami.

"Palm Tree Crew has established itself as one of the most compelling forces in global lifestyle and culture," said Ryan Shear, Managing Partner at PMG. "Their ability to cultivate community and deliver exceptional experiences translates seamlessly into the way we think about residential living in Miami. Palm Tree Residences Miami will offer residents something genuinely distinct — access to a global lifestyle defined by world-class events and experiences, paired with an uncompromising standard of quality in the way they live at home. We are proud to bring this vision to life in Miami, and we believe it will set a new benchmark for how people experience home."

The amenity program is structured as a campus, not a checklist. The ground floor will host a signature Palm Tree Crew venue — an elite dining and nightlife concept with curated live experiences and a refined music-infused atmosphere. The rooftop sky deck features an infinity-edge pool cascading toward Downtown Miami, a hot tub, a private indoor lounge with outdoor terrace, and indoor and outdoor bars. The active program is unusually deep for a residential building: an outdoor padel court with sweeping Miami views, a state-of-the-art fitness center, functional training turf, a climbing wall, a wellness center with private treatment rooms, cold plunge pools, saunas, and a dedicated yoga studio with his-and-hers locker rooms. Add a juice bar, golf simulator, bike storage, and the building's signature Palm Tree house cruiser bikes, and the experience reads more like a private club than a condominium.
Where Palm Tree Residences Miami departs from the standard branded-residence model is in the global ecosystem ownership unlocks. Residents gain access to the entire Palm Tree Crew network — dedicated concierge service across the global PTC platform, curated in-residence programming spanning wellness activations and exclusive events, signature merchandise, and residents-only preferred pricing on exclusive releases. Beyond the building, ownership translates into priority access to Palm Tree Festivals worldwide with preferred ticketing and table opportunities, weekday dining privileges at Palm Tree Club Miami, and exclusive access to members-only tables and lounges across the Palm Tree Crew hospitality portfolio.

"Palm Tree Residences Miami is a natural extension of everything we stand for — building spaces where culture is lived every day and community forms organically," said Myles Shear, CEO and Co-Founder of Palm Tree Crew. "Miami was the only choice for our first residences. It is a city that embraces originality, celebrates life at every turn, and has always been home to concepts that push boundaries. In partnership with PMG, Eden Residential, Lion Development, and Sterling Equities, we are creating something truly special — a place designed for today's most creatively inclined minds, where world-class experiences, restorative wellness, and effortless comfort come together under one roof. This is just the beginning."
The hospitality-driven service program continues at home. Residents will have access to valet parking, a dedicated mail room with secure package storage, optional laundry service, and in-house cleaning and refresh services. Short-term rental flexibility is also offered at the property — a deliberate move for a city built around travelers, music tourism, and a global resident base that splits time between markets.

The development team brings significant depth. PMG, founded in 1991, is one of the country's most active mixed-use developers, with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio that includes 111 West 57th Street in New York, E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences and Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences in Miami, and a national pipeline across Florida, New York, Colorado, Arizona, Tennessee, and Georgia. Lion Development Group, founded by Michael Simkins, has shaped neighborhoods including Overtown, Park West, Allapattah, Hialeah, and the MiMo District. Eden Residential, founded by Jay Massirman and Jay Jacobson in 2015, has developed more than 2,388 residential units across the Southeast in partnership with Sterling Equities, the 1973-founded New York firm whose holdings span real estate, media, and sports including the New York Mets.

Palm Tree Crew itself is one of the more unusual brand collaborators in the residential space. What began as a single festival co-founded by Kygo and Myles Shear has grown into a global lifestyle platform spanning international Palm Tree Music Festivals and a hospitality portfolio that includes Palm Tree Club Miami, Palm Tree Club Orlando, Palm Tree Beach Club Las Vegas, and Palm Tree Club Kansas City. Bringing that brand under one residential roof for the first time, in Miami of all cities, signals a real bet on where music-driven hospitality is heading.

With Palm Tree Residences Miami now officially announced and the sales launch officially landing the first week of June ahead of the FIFA World Cup, the project arrives at a defining moment for Miami's branded-residence pipeline — the first time a music-and-culture brand of this scale has translated directly into a residential offering, and one of the clearest signals yet of how dramatically the city's entertainment district is being reshaped.
