Ponce Park's penthouses have been unveiled, and three of them are already sold. Allen Morris Co. revealed the eight-residence Penthouse Collection at its boutique Coral Gables condominium on October 20, with homes running from 2,241 to 7,644 square feet beneath 12-foot ceilings. Each will open from a private elevator onto an 11-foot-deep terrace fitted with a summer kitchen and an outdoor bar, at the top of a building that will hold 58 residences across 11 stories at 3000 Ponce de Leon Boulevard.

John Cunningham of Zyscovich Architects designed the penthouses, with interiors by Meyer Davis, the studio behind the building's amenity collection. The stone came from Italy, where the development team traveled to select it in person: Roman travertine, Silver travertine, and Calacatta Borghini marble, laid against custom Riva European white oak floors. That trip took the team to the quarries that built the Colosseum and supplied Michelangelo.

"With Ponce Park, we wanted to create a residential community that reflects the character of Coral Gables, from its architectural traditions to the way people gather and connect," said W. Allen Morris, chairman and CEO of Allen Morris Co. "Our team's trip to Italy to personally select the stone reflects the care behind every detail and our commitment to creating something enduring. For me, this is also personal. I can't wait to meet my neighbors."

Penthouse kitchens will have custom Italian wood cabinetry, Calacatta Borghini marble countertops, and waterfall islands, with a 60-inch La Cornue range and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Primary suites will include dressing rooms lined in suede-paneled millwork and bathrooms finished in Italian travertine with soaking tubs and Dornbracht fixtures. Owners will also be able to customize media lounges to their own preferences. Below the penthouses, Ponce Park's two- to five-bedroom residences will run from 1,900 to more than 6,500 square feet, each with 11- to 12-foot ceilings, a private elevator and a terrace with its own summer kitchen. Across the building, the plans pair modern finishes with classic European-inspired details.

Sales are handled by ONE Sotheby's International Realty, which hosted the October 20 unveiling with Allen Morris Co. at the Ponce Park Sales Gallery. South Florida's top-producing brokers were welcomed with a champagne toast and live music while Morris introduced the collection, and the evening moved on to a private dinner at MIKA Coral Gables, where Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, joined the guests. "With three of the eight penthouses already sold, we are seeing buyers respond to the opportunity to own a distinctive home within an intimate residential community," he said. "The collection combines generous proportions, exceptional materials and outdoor living with the appeal of a walkable Coral Gables address."

That address is the corner of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and University Drive, steps from Miracle Mile and directly across from The Plaza Coral Gables. Residents of all 58 homes will share a rooftop pool, a sky bar, and a private rooftop lounge overlooking Coral Gables, along with an artisanal café, a spa and meditation courtyard, and a fitness studio. At street level, 25,000 square feet of curated retail will bring restaurants and shops to Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Madrid's Quintín Ultramarinos has been announced as the first restaurant.

The building will also look onto Ponce Circle Park, which Allen Morris Co., the City of Coral Gables, and Agave Holdings are rebuilding in a $10 million-plus overhaul anchored by Frank Stella's Puffed and Inverted Star II, with new room for outdoor recreation, cultural programming, and everyday gathering. Ponce Park broke ground last December and is expected to complete in early 2028.
