The newly opened Related Ross Experience Center now stands as a physical window into the scale, ambition, and long-term vision transforming West Palm Beach into one of the country’s most closely watched growth markets.
Located in the heart of CityPlace, the Experience Center was designed as an immersive environment where visitors can explore the full scope of Related Ross’ expanding footprint across West Palm Beach. Detailed models, interactive displays, and curated presentations walk through the company’s growing portfolio—from office towers reshaping the skyline to residential, hospitality, and public-realm investments that are redefining how the district connects, lives, and works. More than a sales gallery, the space functions as a strategic storytelling hub, illustrating how individual projects fit into a broader, city-scale transformation led by Stephen Ross and his team.
That vision came into sharper focus last week when the Experience Center hosted a high-profile gathering featuring Stephen Ross and Ken Griffin—two figures whose influence continues to shape West Palm Beach and Miami as national business and financial centers. The event brought together business leaders, investors, and community stakeholders for a conversation centered on the city’s momentum, long-term economic trajectory, and the accelerating migration of capital and talent into South Florida.
The Florida Council of 100 also then launched Ambition Accelerated, a $10 million campaign with Stephen M. Ross and Ken Griffin highlighting the momentum on Florida’s Gold Coast — and why the region has the talent, investment, and business environment to be the next great American growth story.
Ross emphasized the coordinated strategy behind Related Ross’ investments, highlighting how office, residential, retail, and public-space developments are being planned together to create a fully integrated downtown ecosystem rather than isolated projects. Griffin reinforced the broader macro shift, pointing to West Palm Beach’s growing role within the national financial landscape and the increasing concentration of firms, capital, and institutional presence relocating to the region.
Some of Related Ross' current projects include 10 & 15 CityPlace offices, the continued retail growth at CityPlace, Shorecrest, and South Flagler House luxury residential projects, a new Curio Collection by Hilton hotel at the Convention Center, and a new retail-anchored private member's club.
