Rock Nashville, a massive 55-acre entertainment campus is coming to White Creek, featuring production facilities, band studios, sound stages, an amphitheater, and more

A groundbreaking development is poised to energize Nashville's entertainment industry. Real estate developer Al. Neyer and entertainment venue Rock Lititz are collaborating on Rock Nashville, a 55-acre entertainment rehearsal and production campus in Nashville's White Creek neighborhood. This expansive development features three buildings spanning 515,000 square feet, offering sound stages, creative offices, and production facilities for artists to create, build, and rehearse their shows.

Rock Lititz, a 108-acre campus in Lititz, Pennsylvania, has long served Nashville artists, making Music City the natural choice for its second location. "We've been dreaming about Nashville for a long time, and the market has evolved into a global music destination," said Andrea Shirk, campus general manager for Rock Lititz. The partnership with Al. Neyer aims to merge industrial real estate vision with entertainment industry needs, creating a unique facility that fills a gap in the Nashville market.

Rock Nashville will house 13 band and production studios, a stadium rehearsal facility, an amphitheater, and set storage, along with a community café. Confirmed tenants include Soundcheck, the world's largest rehearsal studio complex, and Clair Global, a provider of live production services and audio solutions. The campus will span 44 acres of the 55-acre site at 4808 Buena Vista Pike, an 82.3-acre plot acquired for $18.75 million.

Al. Neyer Nashville's market leader Patrick Poole emphasized the project's focus on aesthetic and community-centric development, given the site's proximity to downtown and the underdeveloped nature of White Creek. Rock Nashville broke ground in April and is expected to open in fall 2025, despite challenging economic conditions. "We have these two anchor tenants that have allowed this project to kick off from a liability standpoint, meeting the growing demand for entertainment space and supporting the vibrant community we're building at Rock Nashville," Poole explained.
