U.S. Development has unveiled Salato Residences, an ultra-luxury boutique development in Pompano Beach, Florida.
The development consists of 40 meticulously designed residences, including six penthouses, and is located just steps away from the ocean. The residences offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows, direct beach access, and a sprawling 20,000 square feet amenity deck inspired by luxury resorts.
The CEO of U.S. Development, John Farina, emphasizes the privacy and resort-style experience that Salato aims to provide. The individual residences range from 2,106 to 3,354 square feet, featuring open-floor plans, expansive terraces, and three bedrooms with three-and-a-half bathrooms. The amenities at Salato include an ocean view pool and spa, poolside lounge suite with a bar, fitness center, massage room, owner's lounge, and event room. The development offers full-time beach and pool attendants, valet parking, and 24-hour concierge services. Pompano Beach, situated between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, is highlighted as a hidden gem in South Florida, providing residents with a beautiful beach, dining options, and entertainment. Salato Residences start at just under $2 million, and are expecting 2025 delivery.
