The Estate Cos. has received approval for an 8-story, 321-apartment development called Soleste Palm Station in West Palm Beach at 520 N. Rosemary Ave.
The project, totaling 298,371 square feet, will feature two towers, 450 parking spaces, and a pool deck. The 2.5-acre site was purchased for $15.8 million in 2021, and construction is expected to begin in July. The development will offer various amenities, including a pool with cabana, fitness club, social/game lounge, coworking space, dog park, and electric vehicle charging stations. The Estate Cos. has developed over 4,000 apartments in South Florida, making it one of the largest builders in the region. The Estate Cos. plans to break ground on Soleste Palm Station in July.
