Ten Michelin-star team unveils Brickell rooftop restaurant and club

A new era of dining and exclusivity is taking shape above Miami’s skyline. OKO Group and The Bastion Collection—the global hospitality powerhouse behind Michelin-starred icons like L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Le Jardinier—are joining forces to introduce Seia and Seia Club, two extraordinary concepts perched atop the 55-story 830 Brickell tower. Opening in 2026, the dual-level destination promises to redefine how Miami dines, networks, and celebrates.

Set across the 54th and 55th floors, Seia will crown the city’s newest Class A+ tower with sweeping, 180-degree views of Biscayne Bay and the Brickell skyline. Designed by Zervudachi, Roberts and Macadam London, the contemporary Italian restaurant will seat 178 guests within an atmosphere of polished modernity and natural warmth. Named after the Roman goddess of sowing seeds, Seia will showcase a seasonal menu rooted in nature’s cycles—an elevated reflection of Italy’s timeless flavors through The Bastion Collection’s Michelin-caliber lens.

Just one floor above, Seia Club will emerge as one of Miami’s most exclusive private membership experiences. Reserved for an elite network of tastemakers and leaders, the invitation-only club will blend the energy of the city with the intimacy of a sanctuary. By day, it will host discreet business gatherings and power lunches; by night, it will transform into a vibrant social setting layered with curated culinary and cultural programming, panoramic views, and private event spaces unlike anywhere else in the city.

For OKO Group founder and CEO Vlad Doronin, Seia represents more than just a restaurant—it’s the culmination of a global vision. “With 830 Brickell, we set out to deliver an international calibre of architecture and lifestyle to the heart of Miami's financial district. Partnering with The Bastion Collection elevates that vision and brings a new dimension of sophistication to Brickell,” said Doronin.

The Bastion Collection’s owner, Jamal Daniel, echoed the sentiment: “This project will be a crown jewel within 830 Brickell—a destination that evolves into an institution, serving the city’s business elite by day and its cultural tastemakers by night.”

As 830 Brickell continues to define Miami’s rise as a global capital for business and design—with tenants like Microsoft, Citadel, and Kirkland & Ellis—its new rooftop partnership adds a final, spectacular touch. Equal parts culinary statement and social sanctuary, Seia and Seia Club will stand as the city’s most anticipated hospitality debut—where the future of Miami dining takes flight above the clouds.
