Brooklyn’s skyline continues to evolve with the debut of The Brook, a 52-story residential tower now welcoming its first residents. Located at 567 Fulton Street, The Brook officially begins move-ins on July 15 and brings 591 new rental homes to the heart of one of Brooklyn’s most energetic and fast-changing neighborhoods.
Developed by Witkoff Group and Apollo Global Management, The Brook rises at the high-traffic junction of Fulton, Flatbush, and DeKalb—an address that’s come to symbolize Downtown Brooklyn’s shift from a strictly commercial center to a vibrant, full-service residential destination. The building is a product of that transformation, pairing expansive skyline views and polished architecture with a curated mix of amenities, walkability, and cultural access.
Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle with interiors by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, the tower offers a warm, modern aesthetic throughout. Residences range from studios to two-bedrooms, with ceiling heights starting at 10'6" and select lofts reaching 15 feet. Floor-to-ceiling operable windows flood homes with light, while interiors feature wide-plank white oak flooring, Italian cabinetry, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Bosch washer/dryers, and smart thermostats. Pricing starts at $3,870 per month, and 30% of residences are reserved for affordable housing.

What sets The Brook apart is its amenity offering—over 30,000 square feet dedicated to wellness, leisure, and work. Residents have access to an outdoor pool, fitness studios, a full basketball and pickleball court, library and co-working lounge, game room, sky lounge and bar, private event spaces, a landscaped terrace, and a dog spa. Ground-floor retail is planned for the podium building next door, with architecture and rooftop design by Bjarke Ingels Group helping integrate the project into the surrounding street life.

The Brook also benefits from its location. It’s steps from City Point, with access to Trader Joe’s, Target, and over 40 food vendors at DeKalb Market Hall. Arts and cultural institutions like BAM and BRIC are just blocks away, and both Cadman Plaza Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park are within easy reach. The neighborhood is also one of the most connected in the city, with multiple subway lines and the LIRR at Atlantic Terminal offering seamless transit options.

As Downtown Brooklyn enters its next phase—balancing cultural energy, residential density, and a newly pedestrian-friendly streetscape—The Brook arrives as both a symbol and participant in that growth. It delivers design-forward rental living with thoughtful details, community integration, and everyday access to one of New York’s most evolving neighborhoods.
