The Nora District in Downtown West Palm Beach is building momentum with four new tenants joining its curated mix of lifestyle, retail, and wellness concepts. LUCE, Pompanos, SWEAT440, and Warby Parker will each bring distinctive experiences to the walkable, design-forward neighborhood developed by NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock Street Capital.

LUCE, a modern jewelry boutique rooted in the legacy of Kravit Jewelers (est. 1927), will make its debut at Nora this fall. The 800-square-foot space at 985 North Railroad Avenue will showcase a blend of everyday fine jewelry and statement pieces, with a focus on sustainable craftsmanship and ethically sourced materials.
Also arriving this fall is Pompanos, a Palm Beach-born fashion boutique led by industry veteran Paul DiGiovanni. Known for its elevated ready-to-wear and custom limited-edition designs, the store will relocate to a 775-square-foot storefront at 1070 North Railroad Avenue.
On the fitness front, SWEAT440 will bring its fast-paced, high-intensity group workouts to a 2,850-square-foot studio at 905 North Railroad Avenue. With classes starting every 10 minutes, the brand’s flexible model is designed to fit into any schedule and caters to all fitness levels. The Nora location expands SWEAT440’s footprint in South Florida, where it already operates over a dozen studios.
Warby Parker will also join Nora with a new 1,820-square-foot store at 1040 North Railroad Avenue—its fourth location in Palm Beach County. Known for reinventing the eyewear retail model, the brand offers prescription glasses, contacts, sunglasses, and in-store eye exams, alongside its signature Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.
These latest additions continue to shape Nora into one of South Florida’s most thoughtfully planned new districts. Located along North Railroad Avenue, the project is transforming historic warehouses into a vibrant destination for shopping, dining, fitness, and creative workspaces. Phase one—slated to open later this year—will feature over 100,000 square feet of retail and 55,000 square feet of second-floor office space. Confirmed tenants include H&H Bagels, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Celis Juice Bar, Juliana’s Pizza, IGK Salon, Le Labo, Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, [solidcore], and others.

Looking ahead, Nora will welcome a 201-key boutique hotel by BD Hotels and Sean MacPherson in late 2026. The hotel will also be home to Pastis, the iconic brasserie from STARR Restaurants, which will span more than 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining. Future phases will introduce multifamily residences and expanded retail offerings.

With each new announcement, Nora continues to deliver on its vision of a $1 billion walkable district that connects West Palm Beach's downtown and quickly-developing North End - capturing the energy and creativity of the city's next chapter.
