New wellness and lifestyle club unveiled in West Palm Beach

The team behind West Palm Beach’s newest and quickly growing downtown identity, The Nora District, has just unveiled its newest destination — Court Club, a boutique private club reimagining the classic Palm Beach experience for a new generation.
Rising near Trump International Golf Club West Palm Beach, the ground-up development blends elevated design, wellness, and hospitality into a modern social and recreational destination — with opening targeted for late 2026.
Envisioned as a modern homage to the timeless spirit of Palm Beach, Court Club reinterprets the traditional club model through a contemporary lens. The boutique lifestyle and wellness destination is designed to serve a young and discerning membership, balancing recreation, wellness, social connection, and work-life flexibility within a single, thoughtfully curated environment.
The clubhouse, designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners alongside Ward + Gray, anchors the experience with layered indoor and outdoor spaces tailored for all-day use. Members will find a full dining program led by the acclaimed culinary team behind Lamarina and Cucina, complemented by a terrace bar and lounge, spa and recovery circuit, group fitness studio, and dedicated coworking and social areas. The design prioritizes flow, comfort, and connection — creating a space to pause, recharge, and gather.
Across the grounds, Court Club unfolds as an everyday oasis centered on movement, leisure, and community. An 80-foot lap pool with cabanas and shaded dining sits alongside a central event and sports lawn, while premium tennis, pickleball, and padel courts — including a custom 37-foot enclosed padel pavilion build on the athletic core of the property. Meandering footpaths weave through lush tropical landscaping, tying together each zone into a cohesive, walkable setting designed for both activity and relaxation.
Programming will play a defining role in the club’s identity, with a year-round calendar of tournaments, culinary experiences, social gatherings, family events, and kids camps shaping the member lifestyle. From elevated sport and wellness to social connection and recreation for all ages, Court Club is being built as a playground for modern club life.
Currently under development, Court Club is being developed by CCRE and Saber Capital, with management and operations led by NDT Development and Nick Coniglio. With its late 2026 opening on the horizon, the project reflects the continued evolution of Palm Beach’s private club scene — blending tradition, wellness, and community into a fresh, contemporary destination designed for the way people live today.
