The Seagate will soon become home to Bourbon Steak, a world-renowned restaurant by chef Michael Mina

Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Mina will bring his renowned Bourbon Steak concept to Delray Beach, Florida, in late 2024. Located in the Seagate Hotel, this marks the first Bourbon Steak in Palm Beach County and Mina's latest addition to his collection of over 30 restaurants worldwide.
The 6,000-square-foot space will feature a 34-seat bar, patio seating, and a private dining room. This new venture will replace the hotel's Atlantic Grille, with construction beginning July 15.
Bourbon Steak Delray Beach will join the growing family of Mina's successful restaurants, including locations in Nashville, Miami, Charleston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dubai, and Hawaii, among others. Mina Group, founded by the James Beard Award-winning chef, is known for its innovative concepts like Orla, International Smoke, StripSteak, and Michael Mina at the Bellagio.
