North Miami Beach is stepping into a new era with the debut of The William, a 26-story residential tower that draws inspiration from the city’s pioneering roots while looking firmly ahead to its future. Developed by Blue Road and Ilia Development Group, the project is named for U.S. Coast Guard Captain William H. Fulford, whose 160-acre homestead more than a century ago laid the groundwork for the community that thrives here today.

Rising at 2040 NE 163rd Street, The William introduces 374 residences with pricing from the high $300,000s. The design vision is led by internationally acclaimed architect Carlos Ott with Behar Font & Partners, complemented by lush landscaping and interiors by Miami-based Urban Robot.
