The world’s first Bentley-branded residences unveils its $37.5 million penthouse in Miami

Updated: Sep 25

Bentley Residences Miami has unveiled its crown jewel, a $37.5 million penthouse perched atop a 61-story tower in Sunny Isles Beach. As one of only two penthouses in the world’s first Bentley-branded residential development, the home stands among the most exclusive listings in South Florida, with unobstructed views stretching across the Atlantic Ocean, downtown Miami, and Fort Lauderdale.

The tower itself represents a new era of design and innovation. Rising 749 feet, it will be the tallest residential building on any U.S. beachfront when completed in late 2027 to early 2028. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors and developed by Dezer Development, the building features a diamond-patterned glass façade inspired by Bentley’s signature quilting. With just 216 residences ranging from 3,500 to 9,000 square feet, privacy and exclusivity define the project.

Each residence incorporates the patented Dezervator system, a vehicular elevator that delivers both residents and their cars directly to private in-unit sky garages — a signature of Dezer’s groundbreaking design. The penthouse expands on this lifestyle with soaring 22-foot ceilings, a glass-enclosed car gallery, four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a study, an entertainment loft, and a state-of-the-art kitchen outfitted with Gaggenau appliances. Indoor and outdoor pools, a sunset terrace, and a summer kitchen complete the home’s resort-style amenities.

Bentley Residences also sets a new benchmark for hospitality-driven living. More than 20,000 square feet of amenity space will include a whisky bar, cigar lounge, private cinema, spa, beauty salon with ocean views, pet spa, and a residents-only restaurant curated by award-winning chef Todd English.

Landscaped oceanfront decks, cabanas, and a full-service lobby bar add to the resort atmosphere across 2.4 acres of prime beachfront. For interiors, Bentley Home has crafted an optional design package that pairs bespoke furniture with natural tones and materials that mirror the surrounding ocean and sky.
