Wynwood is about to gain one of the most culturally expressive residential towers in Miami—one that brings the legacy of Frida Kahlo into the fabric of the neighborhood itself.

PMG and LNDMRK Development have officially unveiled Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, the first-ever residential project inspired by the iconic artist. Rising in the heart of Miami’s Arts District, the sculptural tower is designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with CUBE 3 and will introduce 244 luxury residences to Wynwood’s cultural core.

The project arrives on the heels of a record-setting moment for Kahlo’s legacy, following the $55 million sale of one of her self-portraits at Sotheby’s and the opening of Museo Casa Kahlo in Mexico City last fall. Now, that influence extends into residential real estate—reimagined through architecture, art, and wellness.

Inside, the building will offer a collection of fully finished and furnished studios through three-bedroom residences, with select homes featuring private balconies, dens, and sweeping Wynwood views. A limited number of residences will also include a deeded office suite—an uncommon feature in Miami—designed to support remote work, creative pursuits, or quiet retreat.
Interiors by Cotofana Designs emphasize art-forward living, with integrated kitchens, custom countertops and backsplashes, modern bathrooms, built-out closets, premium appliance packages, and in-unit washers and dryers. The homes are designed to feel complete from day one, balancing refined finishes with everyday livability.

Wellness plays a central role in the project. Baker Health, a New York–based concierge primary care and holistic wellness platform, will debut its first Florida location on-site, offering residents 24/7 access to on-demand healthcare. Every owner will receive a complimentary first-year membership, followed by preferred pricing for the duration of residency—bringing a hospitality-style healthcare model directly into the building.

Amenities continue that lifestyle-forward approach. Outdoor spaces include a resort-style pool, shaded lounges, and an outdoor bar set within lush landscaping. Indoors, residents will have access to a thermal circuit featuring steam, sauna, treatment rooms, and a cold plunge, alongside a high-tech fitness studio. Social spaces range from a speakeasy-style lobby bar to art-driven common areas showcasing custom installations inspired by Wynwood’s creative heritage. The building will also allow short-term rental flexibility, aligning with the neighborhood’s dynamic, global appeal.
Architect Carlos Ott describes the tower as a balance between softness and strength, using graceful curves to create a form that feels resilient, open, and deeply human—an architectural reflection of Kahlo’s spirit and Wynwood’s creative edge.

Set among galleries, murals, and cultural landmarks like Wynwood Walls, the Museum of Graffiti, and The Margulies Collection, Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences places residents at the center of one of Miami’s most expressive neighborhoods—where art, architecture, and lifestyle converge. Sales are led exclusively by PMG Residential.
