The world's first Pagani Residences unveils record-breaking penthouses and Utopia Roadster

Pagani Residences — the world’s first residential project by automotive visionary Horacio Pagani — has unveiled its two crown-jewel duplex penthouses, priced at $30 million and $28.5 million, setting record prices in North Bay Village.
Crowning the 28th and 29th floors, the two duplex penthouses represent the pinnacle of Pagani Residences. Penthouse 01 spans 12,200 square feet (7,000 interior, 5,200 outdoor) with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, while Penthouse 02 measures 10,700 square feet (6,100 interior, 4,600 outdoor) with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Each home features 13-foot ceilings, private elevators, and expansive terraces framing sweeping views of the bay and skyline.
Personally curated by Horacio Pagani and his Pagani Arte team, the penthouse interiors showcase a one-of-a-kind level of detail. Light oak chevron parquet with metal inlays complements travertine stone floors, while a sculptural swirling staircase in oak and white lacquered metal anchors the space.
The kitchens by Schiffini Magistretti feature penthouse-exclusive Gaggenau appliances and are offered in Carrara marble with Argento Veneziano aluminum or Portoro marble with Nero Lipari aluminum. Each includes a 365-bottle wine wall designed exclusively for these two homes. Bathrooms continue the bespoke aesthetic with Pagani’s 1000 Lines collection in honed travertine, Gessi Cesello fixtures, and luxurious body jet showers in the primary suites.
In a groundbreaking collaboration between art, design, and automotive excellence, each penthouse buyer will also receive a “Miami Edition” Pagani Utopia Roadster, personally designed by Horacio Pagani. Finished in a custom blue tone inspired by Miami’s sea and sky, each hypercar will mirror the artistry and precision of its owner’s residence. Buyers will also enjoy a private tour of the Pagani Atelier and Museo in Modena, Italy, including one-on-one sessions with Pagani himself to personalize both their home and car.
