Founded in 2017 on Topsail Island, North Carolina, by Danielle Mahon, Topsail Steamer has grown into a ten-location brand across five states. The new Royal Palm Beach outpost is owned by Kate and Kyle McGoff, a husband-and-wife team bringing diverse expertise to the Topsail family.

The new Royal Palm Beach outpost will join the company’s Florida presence on Anna Maria Island. Mahon, who struck a deal on Shark Tank with Lori Greiner and guest shark Todd Graves, has expanded Topsail Steamer into both brick-and-mortar shops and nationwide shipping through Goldbelly, with the company’s annual sales climbing from under $400,000 in its early years to more than $3 million by 2020.

At the heart of the concept are Bay Buckets®, single-use steam pots packed with fresh seafood, seasonal produce, and homemade seasoning blends. Each bucket comes with corn, red bliss potatoes, cocktail sauce, butter, and even the paper to spread out on the table, making it a true one-stop solution for an effortless seafood boil.

Popular options include the Shark Bite, which combines shrimp, snow crab, lobster tails, scallops, sausage, kielbasa, clams, and vegetables, as well as classics like the Full Steamer, Low Country Shrimp, and Topsail Clam Bake. Guests can also build their own Bay Bucket® by mixing and matching ingredients like shrimp, crab, clams, scallops, lobster tail, or oysters, with sizes designed to serve small families or larger groups.

The process is simple: customers pick up their pot, head home, and follow the straightforward steaming instructions. Within minutes, they can enjoy a restaurant-quality seafood spread without the hassle of prep or cleanup. For those looking to round out the meal, add-ons like jalapeño cheddar cornbread or Key Lime pie are also available.
