Trump’s massive presidential library is taking shape in downtown Miami as a towering new landmark.

Newly unveiled renderings show a dramatic glass skyscraper rising along Biscayne Boulevard, a major shift from the traditional presidential library model into something far more ambitious and urban.
Designed by Miami-based Bermello Ajamil & Partners, the proposal introduces a vertical, high-impact approach—anchoring the project within the heart of Miami’s rapidly evolving downtown core.
Original conceptual plans show a full-scale Air Force One exhibit, a reconstructed Oval Office, a presidential ballroom, and expansive gallery spaces designed to showcase artifacts from Donald Trump’s presidency through immersive, public-facing experiences.

The roughly 2.6-acre parcel adjacent to the historic Freedom Tower has been secured and transferred to the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation.

While the vision is already generating national attention, the tower itself remains in the proposal phase, with final approvals, permitting, and timelines still being worked through as the project advances.
