Wynwood Plaza is rapidly expanding its retail footprint, adding a fresh wave of dining, fitness, and lifestyle concepts to one of Miami’s most ambitious mixed-use campuses.

L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities have unveiled five new retailers set to debut in 2026, further activating the one million-square-foot Wynwood Plaza development. The lineup blends national names with local favorites, including H&H Bagels, Sanguich, Megaformer Studio, S-Paw, and Eternity Nail Salon, collectively spanning more than 5,600 square feet of new retail.
H&H Bagels, the iconic New York institution, is expanding its Miami presence with a 1,400-square-foot outpost, while Sanguich brings its widely followed Cuban sandwich concept into Wynwood for the first time. Fitness will be anchored by Megaformer Studio, opening a 2,100-square-foot location, joined by S-Paw’s pet spa concept and Eternity Nail Salon, both introducing new service-driven offerings to the district.
The incoming retailers will join Luca Steak, a new Italian steakhouse from Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, helping round out the ground-level experience at the office tower and public plaza. Together, the additions continue to build out Wynwood Plaza’s live-work-play ecosystem, anchored by 509 residential units, a Class AAA office tower with Amazon as a key tenant, and a half-acre landscaped public space.

“We are thrilled to welcome H&H Bagels, Sanguich, Megaformer, S-Paw and Eternity Nails – five exceptional concepts that will further enliven Wynwood Plaza,” said L&L Holding Vice President Bryan Lapidus. “Alongside Luca Steak, these differentiated retailers will serve as exciting amenities for Wynwood Plaza’s growing resident and worker populations, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods.”
