24-19 Jackson Avenue is a 55-story, 636-unit residential skyscraper rising in the Court Square section of Long Island City, Queens, developed by Charney Companies and Tavros in partnership with Incoco Capital and designed by FXCollaborative. The 676-foot tower pairs condominium living with roughly 80,000 square feet of retail anchored by Chelsea Piers Fitness and Whole Foods, the fitness club occupying a podium with an outdoor pool, indoor basketball court, and running track. It stands among the tallest additions to the fast-densifying Court Square skyline.
