About the project

A 36-story residential skyscraper rising 500 feet at the corner of Second Avenue and East 77th Street in Lenox Hill, 255 East 77th Street is designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with Hill West Architects as architect of record. The warm limestone tower spans about 170,481 square feet and holds 62 condominiums in two- to five-bedroom layouts, its facade carrying refined classical proportions and oak-leaf motifs with setback terraces near a multifaceted crown. Amenities include a full-time doorman and concierge, an outdoor garden, a fitness center and health club with a yoga studio, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, plus a lounge, game room, pet spa, children's playroom, and screening room. Construction has topped out, with completion targeted for 2026.
