Interiors pair prewar proportions with high ceilings, oversized casement windows and white oak flooring, while the amenity collection runs to a 75-foot indoor swimming pool, a spa with treatment suites, a health club and fitness studio, a children's playroom and residents' lounges. The tower stands a short walk from Central Park, Museum Mile and the Second Avenue Subway.
