A two-floor amenity collection includes a 215-seat auditorium, a tenant lounge anchored by an épicerie from Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud, and a landscaped terrace over Madison Avenue, alongside a luxury wellness center with a tenant-only fitness club, spa-quality locker rooms, a regulation-size indoor padel court billed as the only one inside an office building, and a world-class restaurant planned at the ground floor.
