400 Lake Shore Drive is a two-tower luxury residential development by Related Midwest rising on the former Chicago Spire site, where the Chicago River meets Lake Michigan at the edge of downtown Chicago. Anchored by an 858-foot, 72-story north tower designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with interiors by MAWD, the development pairs for-sale and rental residences with a curated amenity collection and a reserved share of affordable homes, alongside a new public lakefront DuSable Park. A planned south tower would complete one of the most prominent waterfront parcels on Chicago's skyline.
