Official WebsiteAlbion Music Row is a two-tower, 850-unit luxury rental development rising on five lots at the southwest corner of McGavock Street and 14th Avenue South in Midtown Nashville, near Music Row. Developed by Chicago-based Albion Residential and designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, the project opens with a 29-story, 350-foot first tower holding 458 apartments; a planned 20-story second tower will add 392 units. The unit mix spans micro-units, studios, one- to three-bedroom floor plans, and duplexes, with ground-floor retail and restaurant space in both buildings. The centerpiece is a public green space with art, a performance stage, and a music-oriented lawn, and the development includes an active recording studio. Construction on the first tower began in April 2024; after running ahead of schedule, the building started pre-leasing in spring 2026 with move-ins beginning the same season.
