Official WebsiteA mixed-use shopping and residential village transforming a 15.5-acre site at the gateway to Belle Meade, at the entrance to one of Nashville's most established residential corridors. Comprised of seven two- and three-story buildings arranged around a central courtyard anchored by an antique carousel, the village brings together more than 40 storefronts, a members' club, a boutique hotel, health and wellness, cafés, and world-class restaurants. Green space, public walkways, and parks make up roughly 60% of the site, including the activation of Richland Creek and a connection to its namesake greenway that links to the pedestrian-friendly Sylvan Park neighborhood and McCabe Park.
