Belle Meade Village is a 15.5-acre mixed-use redevelopment at the gateway to Belle Meade in Nashville, Tennessee, transforming the former Belle Meade Plaza into a walkable retail-and-residential district by AJ Capital Partners. The plan pairs a seven-building retail town square of more than 40 storefronts, chef-driven restaurants, a private members' club and a boutique hotel — arranged around a landscaped courtyard anchored by an antique carousel — with 1 Iris Lane, two intimate 46-residence condominium buildings set within a five-acre private park and greenway. Architecture is led by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture and Hastings Architecture, delivering a cosmopolitan village of shopping, dining, wellness and luxury living at one of Nashville's most affluent crossroads.
