Aman Dubai

Aman Dubai is the ultra-luxury brand's debut in the emirate, an all-suite beachfront resort and branded residence set at the tip of Dubai Peninsula on the Jumeirah 2 coastline. Developed by H&H in partnership with Aman Group and designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the project pairs roughly 100 hotel suites with 78 branded residences arranged across two towers, ranging from two- to five-bedroom homes up to a multi-level penthouse, alongside a limited collection of waterfront villas with private pools and open terraces. Nine acres of landscaped gardens run down to a private stretch of white sand beach, and residents and guests share an Aman Club, the brand's signature spa and wellness houses, restaurants and retail. The wider Dubai Peninsula masterplan wraps the resort in a superyacht marina, landscaped promenades, ateliers, fashion boutiques and dining, with the Rosewood brand taking the neighbouring parcel.
