Aman Maldives

Aman Maldives is the brand's first property in the Maldives and its 21st destination worldwide, set across a secluded constellation of private islands in the remote Vaavu Atoll at the eastern edge of the archipelago, a region known for its pristine waters and exceptional diving. Designed by longtime Aman collaborator Kerry Hill Architects with a nature-led philosophy drawn from the white coralline beaches and turquoise lagoons, the resort will feature 52 standalone pavilions ranging from one to three bedrooms, some on the main resort island and others on tranquil extensions, each with a private pool. Alongside the resort are 16 ultra-exclusive Aman Residences, each set on its own islet with five to ten bedrooms, a private beach, a 25-meter swimming pool, and a personal landing jetty. The property is anchored by a 2,638-square-meter Aman Spa on its own dedicated island with two private Spa Houses, along with multiple restaurants, a beach club, several private dining locations, a dive center, and watersport facilities. Construction is underway, with an anticipated 2027 opening.
