Asbury is Boyle Investment Company's plan for the historic Harlin family farm in south Franklin, Tennessee, at Columbia Avenue and Coleman Road in Williamson County. The 311-acre property is planned under Franklin's Village Green design framework, adopted into Envision Franklin in 2024, which trades conventional subdivision density for a compact village center ringed by preserved land. Roughly 210 acres, about 70 percent of the site, are set aside as open space at an overall density near 0.66 units per acre, with miles of trails threading the hillsides and the tree tunnel along Hillview Lane retained. Housing is a deliberate mix rather than a single product type, spanning single-family homes on larger lots, townhomes, brownstones and condominium flats. At the center sits a small walkable core of specialty shops, workspaces, gathering places and a boutique inn. The Harlin family has been associated with Williamson County horse country for generations, and an earlier portion of their land became Franklin's Park at Harlinsdale Farm. Infrastructure is phased against regional road work, including improvements at the Henpeck Lane and Coleman Road intersection ahead of the first houses and the Mack Hatcher Parkway southeast extension.
