Aventura City Center

Aventura City Center is a mixed-use development at 2999 NE 191st Street in Aventura, Florida, rising on a four-acre site south of Aventura Mall and steps from the Brightline station, replacing the Aventura View office building. Developed by BH Group with The Apollo Companies, the project pairs a 23-story residential tower of 248 apartments, including ten Hero Housing units reserved for essential workers, with a separate 13-story building holding 153 extended-stay hotel rooms under a Marriott brand. Ground-floor retail wraps the base of the residential tower. The scheme supersedes an earlier approved Viceroy-branded condominium concept on the same parcel, and the city amended its TC-1 Town Center zoning to permit hotels as a conditional use.
