About the project

Banyan Tree Bimini is Banyan Tree's first resort and branded residences in the Caribbean, a private enclave on Rockwell Island in North Bimini, the Bahamas, just 48 nautical miles east of Miami. Developed by Rockwell Island Development Group under owner-developer Rafael Reyes, it pairs a 50-key boutique hotel and beach club with 54 custom waterfront residences, each with a private dock and enrollable in a Banyan Tree-managed rental program. The minimalist villas are designed by Chad Oppenheim's Oppenheim Architecture with landscapes by Raymond Jungles, and a later phase adds a deepwater superyacht marina and an 18-hole golf course.
