Bayside North is the second phase of the Bayside waterfront community taking shape in downtown Sarasota's Rosemary District and Bayfront corridor. The seven-story building holds 96 luxury residences in a curated mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts averaging roughly 1,200 square feet, complemented by eight fully furnished guest suites and 15 workforce housing units.
