Bourbon Hotel Courchevel

Bourbon Hotel is Chapitre Six's alpine property in Courchevel 1850, occupying the building that formerly housed the Hotel des 3 Vallees on Rue Park City, with direct ski-in, ski-out access to the pistes of Les Trois Vallees. The five-star holds 31 rooms, three of them suites, and its interiors deliberately sidestep the alpine chalet convention: Studio Henry has worked in dark woods, deep velvets and low lighting drawn from London private clubs, with artistic direction and storytelling by Pierre Alexis Guinet. Dining centers on Simonetta, an Italian restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Simone Zanoni, previously of Le George at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. A vinyl bar with a fireplace and a turntable serves as the social room, and the spa is built around contrast therapy with a swimming pool, sauna and hammam alongside mineral rooms finished in stone and onyx. Chapitre Six, founded by Nicolas Saltiel with Caroline de Maigret as artistic director, runs a collection of design-led French hotels spanning Paris, Saint-Tropez, Antibes, Barbizon and Megeve.
