Delivered by Related Argent — a joint venture between Related and Argent — in partnership with Barnet Council, the masterplan sets out up to 6,700 new homes across for-sale, build-to-rent, affordable, student, co-living, and retirement tenures around 50 acres of parks and playing fields. The mixed-use scheme also brings around 3 million square feet of offices and innovation space, new schools, indoor sports facilities, a new high street, and its own mainline railway station, Brent Cross West. Designed as a sustainable, walkable neighbourhood with a landscape-led masterplan, it is anchored by tenants including a new Sheffield Hallam University campus.
